  All the 1 star reviews here are accurate. This place is NO good. Some employees are good others are bad. I also don't get this thing where they shut down the whole bank for one hour. I finally make some time to come here and have to deal with them shutting down the entire bank for one hour. If it's lunch then this doesn't make any sense. I don't know any business that shuts down completely for lunch. I miss Rainer pacific bank!

  We got some of what we needed taken care of but every single member we talked to (3!) was passive aggressive or apathetic and dismissive as if we were stupid, when 2/3 people couldn’t even handle our issues because they didn’t understand the processes and told us to call the online support to handle our needs instead.
