      I guess the employees of this branch decided to close before 5pm today! They're very own customer service agent from Spokane, WA tried calling into this branch 3 times unsuccessfully well before 5pm. This was huge inconvenience and I'm happy that I only needed to make a deposit, I'D NEVER HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH UMPQUA!
