  Always very helpful. I like this branch too because it is NEVER busy. I have used Umpqua for my business banking for over 15 years. Are they perfect, no...but what bank is?

  I have been inside this location many times and every time haven't had any problems with the staff. Although, I've noticed there's hardly ever any customers inside, rarely ever more than a couple. But I view that as a benefit, since I don't have to wait in a long line. I'm just surprised they have such a low star rating.

  Ordered a new debit card from another location, but hadn't received it yet and it had been 3 weeks. Called this branch since it was closest to me and the location I ordered the card from had the wrong phone number listed on Google. The lady who answered the phone was no help in looking into why I had not received my debit card yet and she did not even ask me for my account info to see if she could figure out why I hadn't gotten it. She just told me to wait another week and then check back. Wait 4 weeks?! (I was told 5-10 business days) I finally waited a couple more days then called a different branch who actually did their job and found out my card was never even ordered to begin with. If the lady here had done her job, I'd have had my card already because she'd have seen that it was never ordered when I asked her if there was a way to find out where my card was or why it was taking so long. So far, I really hate umpqua bank and the only reason I still bank here is because they bought out my old bank, Sterling Savings Bank, and I have had that account for 17 years and don't want to have to get a new bank account number.
