0 stars. Worst bank ever. This goes for all of Umpqua, their policies, customer service, and everything associated with this bank. This is not the local bank you think is going to take care of you, they are going to take your money in fees and charges they don't tell you about. Don't use them. They did an especially terrible job with COVID deferrals. Don't use them, you'll be sorry.
