  Making the impossible happen daily I picked this title because it details the character of Danny Gilbert. I can not possibly express my gratitude for what all Danny accomplished for me and my family. During this journey we hit several obstacles that My wife, our realtor and I believed would be the end of making this work, or at a minimum greatly delay closing. Every time Danny was able to get it cleaned up and going again always with an upbeat attitude and willingness to strive for success. As if making the impossible happen was an everyday occurrence. My family will benefit from his hard work on our behalf for years to come. Danny, it was an absolute pleasure and once again thank you!
