  I’m a disabled veteran and got a VA loan with this company. Their customer service was terrible, disrespectful and in no way helpful. We had flood damages 2 years ago and they were not helpful at all. We sustained a total loss this year, and the only issues we had after losing everything was with the mortgage company. In their escrow department I was told numerous times to shut the F up when I was trying to request my overage amount back. They charged me an additional 2,000 to pay off my mortgage. It took them over 3 months to pay it off after at least 2 dozen phone calls because someone in their department split my money up. Which only made it more difficult being homeless with two kids. There is something really shady about this company. You can’t even go to an actual location to do anything involving your loan. They just have a few loan officers per state and they can’t do anything for you except get you a mortgage. Everything is based over the phone and by mail.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! EVER!1 f I could give the ZERO stars I would! They are thee most terrible mortgage company I have EVER had to deal with! It's taken since June 17th, and it's still not done, to pay off a mortgage and the had ALL the money BEFORE the payoff date! They only want more money on the interest! NOBODY has any clearance to do anything except "Put a work order in" and it NEVER gets done! BEWARE! BEWARE!!
