  I was a first time home buyer and Kimberly Downs was recommended to me and I was glad I decided to work with her and Union Home Mortgage. She was always available for questions when I had them and was extremely involved since day 1. Not only did she work extremely hard to get my loan approved but she did it in less than 30 days. I will be recommending her and Union Home Mortgage to all my family and friends.

  Had the displeasure of being roped into working with this company. Talk about scavengers. The woman that was there that brought the loan to the loan officer was completely inept and useless. She said if I had any questions to ask. She forced a piece of paper in my hand at the end saying sign this saying that I was here to explain everything to you. Which she was present yes. Did she explain anything absolutely not! First of all she lied to me and said that even though I was adding my name to a refinance that it wouldn't affect my first time home buyers program. But fast forward to when I'm in the office signing all the paperwork they're handing to me left and right for 2 hours at the end she says well this will disqualify you for any first time home buyers program! What a lying scavenger**** she was just celebrating over $5,000. And then when I was talking about my background and construction management and some connections I have she literally pounced on the name and information of whom I was speaking so she could make another kill. Pretty rude dishonest and disgusting. She was not the Gem I was told she was
