      Closed on a house 11AUG21. Union Home Mortgage, absolutely terrible. Documents were consistently submitted late. They don't communicate very well. Perception is reality with them.. if you don't see anything moving on your loan is most likely isn't. The lending estimate was signed the day of closing and buyers were not aware of the three day wait to close once that document was signed. Dealing with the Prescott branch of Union Home Mortgage was an absolute nightmare and the leadership is questionable at best. I would recommend Felipe from the Glendale office instead who actually got this loan closed.
