      I went to the bank to get a refinance on my home mortgage, because I wanted to deal with someone face to face. We worked with a loan rep at the bank. We were going through the process and got them everything they asked for and everything was looking good for the loan. We got to the appraisal of the house portion of the process. (which they made us pay for, which we did) When the appraisal numbers came back the numbers seemed low, so we asked to see the paperwork of the appraisal. The bank refused to turnover the appraisal paperwork. I have been in contact with their corporate office and they said they would get it sent to me in a week or 2. That was more than 3 weeks ago. Its unfortunate that this is how this bank would treat a potential customer. I will never do business with this bank and I will never recommend it to anyone that ever asks about refinancing their house.

      Called to get help with information I needed to obtain on this day at 215 p.m, lady I spoke with was rude, rushed me off the phone and hung up so quick that I couldnt even ask my next question. This is my first time ever coming in contact with this bank, first impression is a lasting one. Wouldn't recommend, especially if everyone who works there is like that.
