Wow, what a great bank for small business! Applying for the PPP loan for help during Covid19 crisis was a mad rush of emails, documenting and phone calls. My loan representative Alda as phenomenal. She’s taking my calls from early am to late at night helping me to get things submitted. Really never had such over the top service. She used the staff and manager of the San Jose Branch to fill in the loopholes in my questions. April, Chinnerah and Elizabeth are always a delight to interact with. Anyone with a small business must switch from the big banks. Chase, BoA and Wells only care about the bottom line. Treat yourself to a great Bank. You won’t be sorry!

Absolutely terrible banking system unfortunately it’s the only bank nearby where I live if I had another option I would totally choose another one. Their online banking app and website are absolutely horrid and terrible not to mention outdated and not easy to use! Not only that when you forget your password and you try to click forgot password and go through the process of figuring out what your password is you might get blocked and locked from your account. If I could leave a zero star review I would it’s so bad and if I still didn’t have an account I’d probably go elsewhere!
