      Manager was trying to wxchage me 200euros by Dividing the ammount on their exchage rate. Their system was not working so they did it manually. Adter a short discussion i requested to call their manager and on the phone he also confirm this. I wonder from how many people they have stolen money. Hope to have an explanation s and internal investigation.
