      Extremely rude and unprofessional. The lady that works here should be fired but I am sure that the equally as rude manager gave her a promotion. Would not recommend this branch ever

      I truly don’t understand how this bank still functions. They are trash. They don’t answer their phones during business hours. Their branch is wildly inaccessible. Cannot wait to transfer to a different bank. EDIT: Out of curiosity, how did "elevating this to management go?" Its another week that my online banking randomly doesn't work and the branches/atm's are literally inaccessible. I've already opened a new account elsewhere but it's shocking how terrible this financial institution continues to be. For the sake of your customers, you should really just close your doors as you are unable to provide the resources and care to customers.
