I have had a very bad experience with universal funds. Beware of this company , they took money out of my account with out my permission. I was a customer ,and i asked for them to look at my account to see if they could get me more working capital, they came up with a real nasty deal even thou i never missed one payment, when i said no thank you they charged my checking account $470.40 and they called it a preauthorized ach debt. I applied to ten companys to get the best deal and this is the only company that charged my account a socalled fee. they didnt seam to care when i told them i was going to write a review. watch out for Kelsey R Cyr. she was the one that took the money.

Mr. Wyss, We're sorry you feel this way. This money was not taken out without your permission. We have the documentation with your signature clearly authorizing this application fee. The initial investor that we funded you with is no longer investing funds in your industry type anymore, so we had to find a different type of deal for you which was very difficult, which was explained to you. This fee was an application fee, for application and underwriting costs. It was not for a closing cost, a funding fee or an origination fee. I am sorry that you did not like the offer that was presented to you. I, myself, as well as Universal Funds as a whole has many satisfied merchants.
