      i am posting this review for my brother and sister in law they are sellers that have been dealing with universal real estate and lending representing the buyer i have been doing real estate over 20 years and i have never seen any company so terrible they are all in cahoots with each other they don’t follow through they make up stories sadly i don’t think they know what the word Fiduciary means even after the agent went to buyers house to help get documents needed to close escrow (which is now 20 days late) they still can’t get it right PLEASE BEWARE

      Angelica did a good job selling our home and purchasing another one when it was a tough market , didn’t think we would be contingent but hey she knew what she was do it and made it happen, I highly recommend her
