      Initially I had a different home finance company and was very dissatisfied. This was my husband’s and I’s first time purchasing a home. We didn’t know anything and we were very confused. Sophie was recommended to us from a friend. After switching over to her, she made sure to answer all of our questions. If she was not available to answer my question, she had an awesome assistant that was readily available as well. She was very transparent and made sure to break the steps down for me. She even gave me tips on what to look for after settling into my home. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

      Urban Pointe & team were a fantastic choice for the purchase of our new home! We are first time home-buyers, so we were very nervous to get the process started. Dave made the application & pre-approval process extremely personal & seamless, and Sophie was there for us every step of the way through financing & closing. We asked a LOT of questions, and they were always happy to answer in ways that we could understand. We were never once made to feel like we should know more than we do, and they did everything they could to help us be as informed as possible. We chose UPL originally because of Dave's customer service, but UPL's fees were also the most competitive out of the 4 lenders / brokers we received pre-approvals from. They also paired us with a fantastic real estate agent that we ended up being very happy with. Highly recommend all around!

      Sophie and her team were very helpful getting us our mortgage! As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and Sophie was always very quick to respond. They got us a very good interest rate and closing costs were less than we had anticipated. Very happy with this experience!
