      Karen took our VERY complicated application and helped us navigate the lending waters perfectly. Using a 1031 exchange, we were able to successfully meet deadlines and close on multiple loans. It was not a straight forward deal and our file is complicated. She found a way to get it all done. She is very responsive and works through issues calmly and professionally. We'd definitely recommend her to help with refinances, new purchases, or investment properties.
