  The team at Valamonte is amazing. Gerry helped walk us through the whole process, and even went to the trouble of showing us exactly how to increase my credit score enough to get a better interest rate. Gerry and Ursula are very helpful and go above and beyond.

  Gerry and Ursula made a great team as our brokers. They are one of the few brokers/lenders me and my boyfriend met that would arrange zoom meetings with us in the very beginning and educate us about every single step of purchasing houses. Gerry specifically let us know what difficulties we might encounter and proposed different types of solutions for each potential problem. they really cared about their client’s interest and gerry went beyond to help us with improving on my boyfriend’s credit score. he was great with calculations and doing excel sheet/tables for a better visual presentation of how much we need to pay for different stuff (interest rate, appraisal feel, closing cost, hoa and home insurance, etc). they took their business so serious and they focus on quality instead of quantity. great team, great people! i will choose them again when i have more ability to purchase a bigger house in the future!

  Garry was recommended to me by a family member that used him. before garry i was getting help from a different broker, i was pre qualify for a certain amount and then the numbers changed within 2 minutes into the conversation. a family member mention garry and how he helped their family get their place. i gave gerry a call schedule a appointment to meet with him. not only was he very nice and professional, but i didnt know much about the house market, and garry educated me about the market, answered all my concerns and questions. i highly recommend anyone looking to buy their first home to give gerry the opportunity to help you with that.
