  I just want everyone to know that we had the greatest experience with NFM Lending because of Valentina. She was able to reply to our emails, calls or messages right away even though we live on West Coast and our time zone is different than hers.( this means that she was working late at night and early in the mornings)Valentina was very professional and knowledgeable trough the whole process and we were able to close on time. We are very thankful to you and we’ll recommend Valentina to our friends and relatives who are thinking to relocate to the East Coast.

  If I could give zero stars I would. We were assigned this individual as our closing agent. Without giving away too much personal information, her communication was terrible and she lost paperwork on multiple occasions that had to be re-sent several times. My partner and I are very on top of getting everything in on time and making sure everything was accurate. A week before closing we asked if everything was in order and told yes, only to given last minute surprises that caused more paperwork and extra stress that was unnecessary, including a lengthy search for IRS paperwork she told us to ignore. Do not choose this person if you're looking for an easy, smooth move and if you happen to be assigned her, do whatever it takes to have her taken off your case. Trust me, it will save you hours of undue stress.

  I was very pleased working with NFM Lending. The staff made a home purchasing process very smooth explaining every step of the way and managed to solve all obstacles in timely professional manner. Definitely recommend them to first time home buyers or others with particular purchase needs.
