      What a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day this place is. The employees are lovely and of course always professional. You walk into a Chase or TD and you just see sad faces, not here! One can tell when it's a forced smile as those tend to disappear in a minute or two but these people just radiate joy. You can't but help smiling back, even on the darkest of days. The only thing that stink is they don't give out free money lol. I have a few accounts with this bank and I'm glad to say, " I love being in the Valley!"

      Very welcoming, Professional environment. They answered all my questions without any issues. I would drive to Maspeth from Howard beach just to go to this branch. Excellent people
