I have been banking here for years, but ending it today. Customer Service is non existent. long waits on hold no matter what time you call. They locked my account almost a week ago for a valid transaction that was flagged as potential fraud and I have spend hours yes hours trying to get their inept staff to unblock it. No access to my money. No explanation, no information

I was in the drive through line for 18 before someone could help me. Everyone ignored my horn worst valley in the area. Customer service was even worst. Someone pulled in 10 min after me and left before I did. GO TO EDISON. Stay away from Woodbridge!
