  On 9/15 I went to this location to cash a check. However, the excellent and friendly service I received from both Hilary and Queen convinced me to open an account with Valley Bank. I will surely return and recommend.

  I’m never one to leave a bad review but I’ve had the Worse experience with this financial institution. Please do not put your money nor conduct your business account with Valley. Horrible experience from the beginning. Both in West Orange and Cedar Groove location. District manager doesn’t address the customer needs and branch managers ignore customer issues. Please do not use this bank. Save yourself from anxiety stress and the risk of doing bad in your business just because this bank does not have the right technology nor structure nor customer service.
