  I originally spoke with Jodi on a Tuesday inquiring about a loan. I provided Jodi with the information needed such as, amount and reason for the loan. In conversation, we discussed possible loan terms and rates. She said she would get back to be in the next day or so. I did not hear back from her until Friday morning through an email. She did not take any notes as to the dollar amount requested or the reason for the loan. I once again provided her with the necessary information. After not hearing from her once more. I reached out to Tonya Rocha, and she let me know that I was denied for the loan (which is fine). Almost a month later I still haven't received an Adverse Action. I had to call in and request one to be sent for my records. I'm not upset about being denied for a loan. I completely understand why I was turned down. I'm just not impressed with Jodi's customer service and lack of communication. On that note, I have worked with Valley Communities in the past, specifically with Tonya Rocha and had a great experience!

  Best place around! Every employee knows you by first name almost instantly! Great loan experiences even though my credit score needed work. Everyone is so pleasant and goes above and beyond to help you!
