  Pamela and her team are just phenomenal. She was available for questions whenever we had any, no matter the time of day. Her knowledge about MSHDA is unmatched. We couldn't have worked with anyone better. Highly recommend.

  This would be my first time buying a house on my own. I had tried to work with this company because they helped get my mom a new house. So I thought why not give it a shot. I was told to talk to the loan officer Pamela, she told me to send all these documents and when she emailed me the list that same day I got right to sending her what she’s asked for. I had some issues about certain documents also had a bunch of questions to ask. Not only did she not answer my phone calls, she wasn’t answering my text messages (mind you she said that I can text her or call if I had any questions) I would at least take 4 days to hear something back from her. The lack of communication and the lack of making me feel like a priority with helping me purchase a house is beyond me. No compassion. I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m chasing you around to get my questions answered. I could have been working with a different person who is very eager and prompt to help me out with any questions or confusion. One thing I do not appreciate is having my time wasted and this encounter with Ms. Pamela was most definitely a big waste of my time. 0/10 would not Recommend!!!

  Excellent service from Pamela Daniels. I explain everything and in my language. It helped me a lot and the process was fast. The whole team was very friendly. I recommend them 100%
