  I’ve never written a negative review, but I don’t want anyone else to experience the lack of professionalism that I did. I reached out to Melissa to set up a call to get more information about the loan process and she became upset and defensive because as a potential client I was asking “too many questions” that she felt she had answered and I should have just been okay and moved on. I explained that as a new client some people process information by asking questions to understand especially when dealing with money, business transactions etc. and didn’t understand how a professional would take that personally. She stated that it was 6:00pm and she was doing me a favor by being on the phone at that hour and became very rude in speaking to me. I was especially confused because I spoke with her the day before to set up a day and time to call her to get information and that was the time she agreed to. She was clearly bothered and combative during the conversation and as someone who has worked with clients I would never do that as a professional, make a potential client feel as though they are an inconvenience and become agitated at them seeking understanding.

  I am so sorry. We were friends so I felt I could be transparent. While it is true I would not normally do a consultation call after 6p without a loan application, I am always here to answer your questions and guide you through the loan process, and have been since June. This is not how I want you to feel, as I appreciate every client, and I go above and beyond to help anyone I can. I explained the guideline several times, and offered 3 solutions. Unfortunately, I do not create and cannot change guidelines, and this is why I do not engage in arguments about them, even though I value you and your sister as individuals and clients. Again, how you feel is never how I would want to be perceived, and I hope this helps you further understand why I was not able to help you and your sister. Please contact me directly so I can further explain the guideline if it still is not clear.
