We did not have a good experience at all. The person we dealt with was very nice, but didn’t return calls when she said she would. We were turned down for reasons we didn’t understand and were not adequately explained. We went to another lender and were approved right away. When we picked up the paperwork to give it to the new lender, it was all mixed up. It took forever to straighten out. Go somewhere else for your loan!
