We fired Yvonne/Veterans Lending Group after months of delays and a myriad of other issues. Poor communication, unfilled promises, lack of expertise, no sense of any kind of urgency, the list goes on. Further, they are not a true local lender, as we were farmed out to Cross Country Mortgage (CCM) after going under contract. CCM is based in the Midwest, with our processor located in Michigan. In stark contrast to our current nationwide Veteran’s lender, CCM set the tone of negativity and disorganization while seemingly being focused on not getting us into our home. As an alleged Veteran lender, this is unacceptable. Would absolutely not recommend.

Yvonne Stanton at Veterans Lending Group was such a pleasure to work with. My husband and I were nervous about purchasing a home, it is obviously the largest purchase a family can make. She understood that and put us at ease, Yvonne was very easy to talk to, no high pressure sales tactics. She was very knowledgeable and had answers for all our questions. We have recommended her to our friends and family. It’s nice to have someone like her in your corner. It also feels good to not second guess the decision to buy .
