      First impressions have meaning. Had an appointment. 15 minutes before the appointment the representative canceled. I was already on site didn't even have the common courtesy to send a replacement for himself.

      If I could put a no star it will better. Horrible customer service, read everything on the contract, pay attention to details cause if you don’t you will not have a good transition. Unorganized and their workers don’t know how to do their job.
