      The process with this company took over 2 months. In that two months there was at least 3 to 4 days every couple weeks I'd be in contact with the owner to check status and it seemed the lender he was using needed all kinds of history and paperwork of our current living situation (which I understand) but would have been good to know ahead of time and could have made the process faster. This particular lender took a month to finally say no. The broker found another lender and thought everything would be sped up and we'd close mid month the next month. Nope. It seemed everything we provided or signed had to be done over again. The entire experience was terribly disorganized. When you first meet a client you need to let them know ahead of time what they need to provide for paperwork regarding everything on previous mortgage payments, any potential credit problems, ect. We were too far into the process to go with someone else (already had an appraisal done), or I would have. I stayed with it and finally did get an approval but the closing was moved 3 different times while waiting on some documentation that was missing due to miscommunication between the broker and my previous mortgage contact. I've read other positive reviews so it seems they have helped others, but with my particular situation, it was a painful learning experience and I'm glad it's over.

      Tim was amazing with my refinance. He got me a great loan, and the whole process was quick and easy. He even came to my work to sign forms so I didn't miss time traveling to his office. He is great with followup and I recommend Vision Mortgage completely!
