      Amanda H. is a lobby manager in Lubbock, TX has a poor customer service skills and banking knowledge. I opened a new account online. In two days I received from her 2 messages. In 1st message she commanded me to send her copies of our DLs and SSs. In 2nd she demanded to bring only original IDs in local bank. She has confused me and a personal banker in local bank. Advice for all Vista Bank clients - stay away from Amanda H.
