  I went to VyStar to open an account today because I want to do business with a bank that opens their door to invite clients inside to conduct business in person. Liliana Gjika greeted me warmly as I entered and asked me how could she help me. I explained I wished to open an account and she guided me to the line waiting for an opening at one of the three open teller windows. I patiently awaited my turn behind those in front of me. At the 7 minute mark I was now at the head of the lengthy line - A man entered the bank, shouted a hearty greeting to a party of three actively engaged in business and socializing at a window with two tellers behind it, one teller working, the other one visiting with the three. The party of three ushered their newly arrived friend on up to join them at the window - brushing carelessly past the lengthy line awaiting. The socializing employee behind the teller doing business with the party of three, who hadn't been motivated at all by the lengthy, growing line of waiting people, immediately opened a new window to assist his buddy the newcomer to cash a check. I was stunned, as were the six people who'd been respectfully waiting behind me as I walked out. There is no way I am going to open an account with a bank that condones this sort of ill mannered behavior and back street vibe environment with no intervention, no accountability what so ever. Nope.
