  I stopped at this location for cash withdrawal on 02/22/2022. First, when I enter the building there were 4 employees available but none of them was willing to help. They were kept pointing at each other. Finally they lead to a person who seemed to be a newer employee because she was keep asking for help. When I told her that I needed cash which was a larger amount, she started shaking her head. I got confused and asked her what was going on. She told me that they won’t be able to provide me with that amount at the moment. Now, first of all I don’t understand the purpose of utilizing a bank if I can’t have access to my money when I need it. Second, I didn’t know why she didn’t use words to explain that to me instead of shaking her head. Third, they all were unhappy to make the “order”. Everyone was keep saying " I will try to order". I was tempting to switch bank to a different institution after 10 years of business with Wafd but I stopped at the Everett location on my way home and the teller there changed everything. They were welcoming, great communication skills, and knew what they were doing. I got partial help there but I am still waiting for the amount I needed as they said they will "order" cash even though they didn’t know when would be available. A unique and beautiful day as such can be ruined by employees who lacks professionalism. 02/25/2022- I appreciate for the swift response and thank you for making things right. I was reserved from giving 5 star after the correction because I believe the staff needs to improve customer service.

  I love this bank! The tellers and management are all stellar at what they do here they give me personalized help with anything I need which I really appreciate. I like to do my banking in a bank and the folks here are way better than any big bank Ive dealt with where I was just a number not an actual person like I am treated here. I feel welcome here its a great experience.
