  I didn't get a fair chance at the job interview at the call center all because of answered a question about my previous employer that was so very true and I am so more than heart broken I was looking forward so much to Joining there team that seemed to be more of a family the exact reason I went to them for a position at the call center I've done the job since late high school and I have steady growth and thank you for or using the the honesty you claim to support and encourage against me I have been looking so forward to Joining I was crush with zero information on why if I could apply again and when I want to keep. Trying I'm sure all my years I record high collection months and verifiable customer service and satisfaction and I am sorry for the post but to whomever it may be I'd like another shot to interview with a high school kid and grand mother and I am certain I am a valuable asset to your company.

  We recently refinanced our home for a better interest rate and to pull out equity for the purchase of a home to retire/vacation. We chose Maureen at the Everett location because she seemed knowledgeable and personable. Unfortunately that was only at the beginning of our loan process. There was redundancy in the requests for information which made every step take a lot longer than it should have. Underwriting was out of touch with reality and pompous and arrogant. They managed to complete our refinance, probably because that is where they made the most money. They failed to finish the job to get the new home purchase completed and Maureen's response was, "Well, there will be other houses." We will never use them again and will never recommend them. We lost time and money in working with Washington Federal. Their process is stuck in the 1980's. Take our advise, work with a lender that is current in their practices and can complete the job they said they could do.
