  As a small business owner here in the Treasure Valley, there is truly no comparable banking experience like there is here at WaFd. Their amazing staff is so welcoming and do a great job managing small business accounts. They are always supporting small business around the area and ensuring we are all well taken care of. The girls at WaFd are the best.

  I called in today and spoke first with Estrella which I found to be very unprofessional for being an assistant manager when I was speaking to her in regards to a fee she found it funny which I found very unprofessional. I then ended up speaking to Angie and told her how unprofessional her assistant manager was and I’m sure she just disregarded it, however I’m sure they’ll both have something to say about this review which my be the only time they “care” to make sure no one sees them as unprofessional. I like every other staff member in the other banks these ones are just the worst. I understand why I got the fee, but definitely would give this bank negative stars because of those 2 woman.

  How in the world can this location not have an ATM accessible from the outside?!? Is it stuck in the 1960s?
