      My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about this bank. We came in looking to open a joint account and Elena was right on it and so welcoming to us. She was also very knowledgeable about what the bank could offer us regarding our business we were just getting started. We did end up coming back to WaFed to open our business account thru her and she also got us on track to getting started using FINSYNC. Thank you Elena for being a great help and we appreciate the services you have provided us.

      We at Lincoln Trails Christian School have more than one account with Washington Federal and have interacted with several of their branches but the branch in Caldwell with Alyssa Skowron as manager seems to be outstanding to us. Staff is friendly, diligent, professional and careful. The statements are on time and accurate. It seems the atmosphere and intent is to serve any way they can. Thank You. They are truly 5 star!
