  I drove to get a loan and some big guy was outside snapping pictures of my vechicle. I then questioned him and he told me he was calling the cops for driving into his parking lot. I then took my business else where

  We had the most delightful experience with Heath Gamboa when we bought our home. His communication is top notch and he truly goes the extra mile. We bought our home during a very busy time in the market and despite being under a great deal of stress from a heavy work load he never once made us feel that we were not his top priority. We were moving to Idaho from another state and Heath took extra time to help us with referrals so we could get to know the area and to make us feel welcome. This was our first mortgage experience and it could not have been a better one. We also bank personally with Washington Federal Bank and their overall service is stellar. We really love that they are so friendly and they honestly do go the extra mile when it comes to service, like helping my mom to her car. It's like working with a small branch from back in the day and you never get that icky "Corporate" feel. I highly recommend them!!!!
