  Always great customer service , my mother and sister been with the WaFd bank for over 20 years. Myself only 2 years and I got hooked with the great personal service. Specially Mrs Claire and the wonderful staff. I do miss the some of staff that have gone to Rainer WaFd . But all in all great bank. Thanks 😊 WaFd bank.

  Lobby is closed to the public. Posted in window is phone number to call if you need teller service. They come to you. Or use the ATM. If you need a drive through service they have also posted in the window the addresses of three locations you can go to.
