      I’m with a client here to get bank statements. They are trying to charge her $5 per statement when they admitted that her email address is incorrect. They stated that because the email bounced back, they would have mailed her statements mailed. My client hasn't received anything. She had previously come into the bank to change her address, but apparently they didn’t not change the primary account holders address. So this whole time the statements were going to the incorrect address. I asked if they would waive fees for her to get the last 6 statements and at first they declined. Then they agreed to waive 1/2. I told the customer service manger that wasn’t fair when it was their responsibility to change both address when she came in and made the address change. The customer manager said it was the customers responsibility to make sure to let them know the correct address. I told her that their customer already changed her address. If the statements we being returned why didn't Washington Federal reach out to their customer. She yelled at me and told me that I wasn't their customer so she wasn't going to continue to have this conversation with me. I started talking to my client and the customer service manager continued to yell at me. I told her I was talking to my client not her. Finally as we were leaving, the customer service manager said she would have to call the customer's branch to see if they will waive the fees for her. I would never consider banking here now.
