      Tried to get a refi thorough WAFD with Lynda Neff and had a very miserable experience. I spent over a month and a half working with this bank only to have them pull a "oh never mind" two weeks before closing after hundreds of dollars and countless hours of mine had been wasted. They will say what you want to hear to get you in the door but after that it's anyone's guess.
