  Worst bank ever. I have never had a problem depositing 3rd party checks qt any bank ever. I have older family members who stoll send checks to my kids for birthdays. I have always been able to have them endorsed to me and then deposit them. We'll, surprise, not this bank apparently. Tell your kids that they don't get their birthday money without paying a fee. Unbelievable. I'm going back to Nevada State bank. They even let me cash my 25 year old daughter's $1200 tax return. This bank would not let me deposit my boyfriend's paycheck from his employer for $198. He got it like 2 days ago after banks had closed, and he needed the cash to get some tools for a job at 6am the next morning. So, I had the cash and gave it to him not even thinking my bank world not let me deposit it. I guessI'm just out $200. Because he's Barack home in Pahrump and I'm hehe with a useless. So moral of the story, if your went a bank that will appreciate Thai you have over $50000 in your account and try to work with you, this is not the bank for you.

  Intolerable rudeness from the supervisor. I had a long-awaited check from a lawsuit and she tried to tell me it was a fake check because of some idiotic thing she thought she knew. Her manner was incredibly rude and insulting. The only reason I'm going to give this credit union one more chance is because of the wonderful, sweet drive-through service I have received since I began at the Sun City West branch. This branch is actually closer to me but the supervisor is going to run herself out of business from the way she treats customers, especially those who struggle with anxiety disorders as I and many people I know do. I periodically get large checks as a realtor, and I don't mind having a hold placed on them until they clear. If I have to deal with a suspicious, rude person each time though, I will be taking my money elsewhere. I am also finding it incredibly difficult to trust this CU with my money lately due to this encounter and have already transferred most of it to my main bank I have a joint account at. Edited to add: I didn't realize I was on my husband's Google account when writing this. My name is Ricci if you need a reference. Thank you.
