  I have had an account for 15 years and have had good service at many of the branches. They have helped me many times get things straightened out and even gave me helpful information to obtain my first credit card ever.

  I’ve spent 8 years in management consulting for banks and credit unions and this is Literally the worst lender to deal with. They don’t communicate, meet promised deadlines or have any sense of urgency. I was told 45 days to close MAX. It’s been over 120 days and I can’t get a hard closing date. DO NOT waste your time. You can also find better products and rates with lower fees elsewhere. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but if it saves one person the hassle that I’ve dealt with it’s worth it.

  I love this Branch .....and Barbara is amazing! When she is there I can expect being helped with the upmost efficiency and she is such a delight while I complete any transaction. She is professional, happy, and great at her job.
