      Horrible experience! Jennifer LeMasters quoted me an extremely high rate of 4.5% for an FHA loan with a fico over 730. When I questioned her high rate she just simply hung up on me. Avoid! FHA rates are still well under 4%. Avoid Jennifer LeMasters and Wallick and Volk, unless you enjoy overpaying and being taken advantage of. Call Andre Enriques with Anchor Funding instead, he was able to get me a 3.6%.

      Spoke to Todd once. After that I never heard from him or his staff again. I left several messages because they never answer and nothing. It’s like nobody works there???
