  Such great people in the Tannersville office. Friendly and professional, love going to the bank. I really can’t say anything about the effort office because I don’t frequent there much. But love the Tannersville office!

  Wayne Bank FRAUD SERVICE ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL. It's a JOKE. Apple.com fraud and this bank never caught it. I caught it 3 months later and they do not want to guarantee my funds. This bank should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! Please call me and address this IMMEDIATELY!!!!! I want EVERY DIME back stolen. EVERY DIME.

  Since the new bank manager has been installed after Rosie left, customer service has plummeted. More importantly their exorbitant fees keep going up and WILL NOT be waved even if you are in the right. I will be pulling my four accounts due to the unfortunate conversation I've just had with the current bank manager Cheryl relating to a small fee which I thought was unjust. The CUSTOMER should come first, but not at this bank any longer, I'm afraid. After 10 years with Wayne Bank, I'm afraid I have to move on. (If the bank sees fit to properly rectify this situation, I may reconsider my rating to at least reflect that an effort was made to right this situation.)
