LOL to the ‘manager yelling at the staff’ comment. Don’t worry he gets it back from his staff just as much as he gives it (I’ve been there during those times, actually yesterday LOLOL) This branch is awesome! The staff is always so friendly and courteous, the environment is such a fun environment BECAUSE of the staff. Both of the managers are VERY helpful and efficient with ALL my banking transactions and business accounts. I live in Oxford and I’m 68 years old and I always choose to go out of the way to come to this one especially because I can make a Target run right after! I have numerous business accounts at Webster and this branch always goes to the moon with helping me. The bankers are VERY knowledgeable! Evelyn is amazing and Samara is SUPER sweet! Also, I’ve been to a lot of Webster branches and this one is honestly top notch. If Google would let me give them more stars I will!!!!!!!

The staff over the counter were very nice and helpful, greeted me with a smile :) Most importantly they were very nice! My 2 star rating is because the manager was yelling at staff in the background and it was very obvious. He made everyone a bit uncomfortable and scared. The drive through might be best option if you HAVE to go here. I pray I don't have an issue were I need a manager at this location but if I do, I will go out of my way to find another location. Please address this issue, or him.
