      I've been a customer for over 30 years. They've always treated me with respect and like I'm a valued customer. The complaint I have is not just Wells Fargo, but ALL banks not enough tellers. I don't have 25 or more minutes to stand in line. Otherwise I love my bank.

      Excellent customer service. Bank has too many excessive amounts of account charges, for just about every transaction. Especially when you are not able to use a Branch ATM.
