My parents have banked here for years, while down south being snow birds. Today we went to the branch and mom asked if we could have something faxed because we were here on a family emergency and had to fax. We offered to pay for the fax and were told no because it didn't pertain to their bank...my bank faxes all kind of things for me. They showed their true colors today as to what is important to them and it sure in the Hell isn't thier customers!! My parents have started looking for a new bank.

You can believe all the 1 star reviews and don’t bank here. They go as slow as possible and that’s not an exaggeration. I’ve had nothing but problems since we started banking with them last year as well. I’m not sure what their problem is but I will bank locally from now on where they care about their customers. This is just a disappointing big branch that doesn’t care about anything other than the money. Gross
