      Called Wells Fargo at 10:30am to make an appointment for my husband and I to put a document into our safety deposit box. It will take us one minute to add the sheet of paper to our box which we have had since 1975. The bank person said someone from the bank would call us back to set up a time. We finally got a call from the bank at 12:00, an hour and a half later. The voice said we would have to wait until next week to get access to our box. WHY THE WAIT?????? This is ridiculous.

      Delran store manager who hold me for half hour and didn't help me made me so mad left the branch, came to this branch. Omg the teller was so nice. Unfortunately I forgot her name, but she was a blonde lady. Very pleasant, very professional! Thank you so much for your service
