      This bank has no Customer service experience whatsoever. It has the worst call center in the nation. I was transferred 3 different times and still.got no definitive answer to my question. The branch office was just as bad I have been trying to close my late Mother's account because I am the beneficiary. I have nothing but a run around. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BANK.WITH.WELLS FARG. THEY LET YOU PUT MONEY, BUT MAKE IT NEAR IMPOSSIBLE DO GET IT OUT!
