  Went to Wells Fargo to set up an simple account around 1:30 today and was told that a banker would be back from lunch in about 6 to 8 min . 25 min later a lady came over and said that the banker we were waiting for just went on lunch and that he wouldn't be back tell 2:30 and also that he had a appointment at that time and that they wouldn't be able to see me tell 3:30. They wasted my time not sure why they couldn't just tell me that in the first place. customer service SUCKS. Thanks Wells Fargo for wasting my time.

  They force you to do all your banking in person. Unwilling to do the simplest of tasks over the phone, Internet or mail without crazy high fees, red tape and hours of time. The 800 help thinks AK is not in the USA. Do not use a bank that treats AK as a second class citizens.
