      The Indian guy at your branch is incompetent, unprofessional and clueless about his job. Bad customer service and one could tell he didn’t want to be there. His service was awful. However the Latina ladies at that branch are kind, welcoming and professional. I never had a negative experience with them!

      Why is this locations in store tellers on lunch all at the same time, at NOON????? When everyone else who can come into the bank is out running their lunch hour errands? I even called and asked if their lobby was open to customers. A real live, local bank employee said yes but never said except at noon. Not the bank customer service was built on.
