      Appointment system that doesn’t really work. Waiting and waiting UPDATE Agent was very apologetic, helpful and enjoyed great service. Sorry for quick judging!

      No customer service at all. I walked in to ask them if they could do notary for me. This lady pointed at others, so on and so forth. I ended up walk out because I saw 3 bankers laughing and talking to one another while I sat there for 30 min. I think they picked and chose who they wanted to help

      23 years as a customer. Worst customer service experience at any Wells Fargo branch ever. So bad we nearly closed our account. Spoke with Branch Manager and it became obvious why this branch has such issues. Incredible how awful this branch conducts its business.
